The Northside Alpharetta Cancer Center is equipped with an Elekta PreciseBeam™ linear accelerator. A General Electric CT scanner is used for patient set-up and simulation. Treatment planning uses Pinnacle 3 treatment planning system for 3-D conformal, IMRT and electron therapy. In addition full brachytherapy (implant) services are available including High Dose Rate (HDR) delivery using the Nucletron high-dose-rate afterloading system.
Located at GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway, the center is located at 3400-B Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005. After exiting GA 400 go east to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT onto Morris Road (at the Northside Hospital sign). Take the first right onto Preston Ridge Road. At the top of the hill turn right at the Northside Hospital sign. The Cancer Center is a one-story building to the east of the two office buildings.
